You will receive 2 Full Meals on Monday and 2 Full Meals on Wednesday.
Each meal is portioned to serve 2 adults and 2 children.

Choose from our weekly menu of 4 meals and email us your selection to customerservice@mindfulmealdelivery.com by 5pm each Friday.
